RailCorp Safety Management System Video
The Challenge
This DVD is about change. RailCorp needed to inform all staff about a major structural change to its Safety Management System. The subject matter was complex and, potentially, dry. Nevertheless, the message was important because it involved significant cultural change at every level of the organisation.
The Solution
Corporate Films produced a DVD that graphically and simply explains the
framework of RailCorp's Safety Management System and shows how the system
works contextually, using 'real world' examples to illustrate important
points. Importantly, the DVD was produced in a modular format so that
it can be expanded as the Safety Management System rolls out or changes
across the organisation. It has become a foundation for future safety-related
communications.
